Hi guys!  Today’s blog post is about happiness. How can you be truly happy? Well, hopefully, you can find out in this blog post! I hope you guys enjoy!

The state of being happy.

Drink more water.

Early findings of a survey carried out by the Food and Mood Project founded by MIND, shows more than half of 200 people questioned found six to eight glasses of water improved their mental state.

  • Boosts mood
  • Keeps your skin looking good
  • Lots More!

 

Eliminate toxic people or situations in your life.

Benefits:

Your sanity!

You’d be less stressed and frustrated. You’ll flourish as an individual.

 

Do one thing for you everyday.

Maybe you like doing yoga or dancing, painting or drawing, reading or writing… Whatever it is, go do it!

A few minutes of doing something you really enjoy helps boost your mood. Love yourself!

 

Write it down.

I’m pretty sure I’ve said this one before but, honestly, it helps so much to get things out of your system! And no matter what the thing may be, write it down!

 

Get some flowers!

I know, I know it sounds silly but when you get flowers you can’t help but smile! 🙂

My favorite flowers are actually sunflowers because they’re so bright and yellow and are just happy flowers!
