The first app I’m going to be talking about is Pacifica. Pacifica is an app where you can track your mood and feelings, see different breathing and meditation techniques, track your exercise and sleep and write down your goals! All in all this is a great app for everything really! Free on: iPhone & Android
The next app is MoodKit. This is a paid app it’s $4.99. But here is a list of the things that this app can do! You can track your mood, see different activities that help improve your mood, CBT tips and see your mood chart! That’s a lot of things for just $4.99
The next app I’m going to tell you about is urWell app. In this app you can track your spirituality, kindness, connection to nature. You can also track your mood and see your progress! That one’s kind of hard to explain but go to your app store and have a look!
The last app I’m going to talk about is Happier. In this app you can create a password to protect your information, journal your mood, do some interactive courses and you can even chat to people going through the same thing as you!
