Mission & Vision

“[L]oving someone is helping them when they get into trouble, and looking after them, and telling them the truth.”

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time (Mark Haddon)

Thus, to love yourself is to help yourself in times of trouble, taking necessary steps to move forward from any life incident, big or small.

To love yourself is to look after yourself, working on your overall health and wellness.

To love yourself is to tell yourself the truth, acknowledging both the negative and positive circumstances in  your life.

And so we are here to help you love yourself again.

To inspire, empower, and motivate you to love yourself again through self-care and an intentional way of living a healthy life

To chronicle my experiences as I rise against depression and say, “Love yourself again, Camille”

To continue the conversation on mental health by connecting people, ideas, and resources

A safe space of solace, understanding, and healing.
