Welcome back everyone! So did you know that smiling actually helps our mood?! 🙂 If you’re having a bad day you can even fake a smile and you’ll feel much better! Here are some reasons to smile and be happy!
1: Lay in the grass on a warm summer’s day!
Imagine lying on the green fresh cut grass and listening to the birds. Feel the warm sun on your face. And just be. How could that not make you smile? 🙂
Be happy that you are alive! You can breathe, smell, taste and feel and that’s really all that matters! Be happy that you can do these things and that you can enjoy them! 🙂
3: When you discover a new song.
When you find a new song and just want to listen to it over and over again! Well if you want to do it! You are free to do whatever you want! 🙂
4: Sit out at night and stare at the stars!
I love doing this one during the summer with my friends! Sit down with some blankets and and a nice warm drink and just stare up at the stars! I mean, how amazing is that? Listen to your favorite song and just stare. 🙂
5: Climbing into your nice warm bed!
I mean come on! Who doesn’t like this? Imagine waking up on a Saturday morning and knowing the day is yours; you can do whatever with whomever you want! You can stay in bed all day watching Netflix or you can go outside and just walk wherever! The day is yours so do whatever YOU want!
